For those of you that haven’t been to the Lamb Folk Club before it’s a great club that books an eclectic list of quality acts. It’s also very welcoming, with  none of the cliquey attitude that sometimes gives folk clubs a bad name.

Lewes Town Hall Ceilidh

We played our first ceilidh with the current Contraband line-up at Lewes Town Hall on November 8th. In fact, not quite the current line-up as we were joined by Jim Richards on bodhran – great. We really enjoyed it and hope to do some more ceilidhs soon.

Our new HQ

Here we are trying to squeeze into our new band HQ. If you look closely you might spot our new band member, Anna Richardson, hiding on the left. Anna brings traditional fiddle styles and harmonies and, together with Marylin, the double fiddle section makes a powerful sound.
